On June 4, 2015, the European Union issued an amendment, (EU) 2015 / 863, formally placing four phthalate (DEHP, BBP, DBP, DIBP) on the list of restrictions on RoHS 2.0, providing for electronic and electrical products other than medical and monitoring devices. Since July 22, 2019, four phthalate requirements have been mandatory.
